MEET JAY

Jay comes to us with a wide background in fitness. He is an endurance competitor, high school soccer and basketball coach, sports performance and conditioning coach and Special Needs (adaptive) Trainer. His fitness career started 10 years ago when he made big personal lifestyle and health changes to improve his basketball game. He was experiencing knee pain and losing weight changed everything. His own personal fitness journey changed his life. During that process, he inspired people around him and it wasn’t long before he was coaching kids, adults and athletes on how to lose weight, build muscle and recover from an injury. His love for fitness has spanned from coaching and conditioning high school sports to competing in marathons, triathlons and physique competitions. “I get to test the boundaries of what our bodies are capable of and share that with everyone I train”. If you have taken a class with Jay don’t be surprised when you end the hour drenched in sweat. Sometimes you don’t even realize it’s been an hour as he keeps the class moving so fast with minimal breaks so time flys. When he’s not coaching you can catch him walking or hanging out with his adorable frenchie Kobe.
