Please arrive 5-10 minute before the hour. This will give you enough time to meet the trainer, fill out waivers, and get an overview of the studio and how the class is run. We want to make sure you are set up and ready to go before class begins. Our trainers take time to design workouts, and the warm up is an essential part to avoid possible injury and prepare you for the intensity of the workout ahead.
Towels provided to you for free! Bring a water bottle. If you happen to leave it at home we have water for purchase and a water fountain with recyclable cups.
We highly recommend it. We have limited space each hour and cannot guarantee a spot in class for walk-ins.
Comfortable workout attire, closed toed athletic shoes. Sandals and opened toed shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the gym for safety reasons.
We have a parking lot with 3 parking spots available on the side of our building. 1 hour street parking and metered parking is available as well. Mondays and Tuesdays are street sweeping days. Make sure to read the signs to avoid parking during those times.
First of all, we are excited that you have decided to start working out! Welcome to the family! All of our trainers are able to meet you at your fitness level and work with you to ensure you are safe and come back for more. We hope that you feel comfortable asking for help or modifications. Our trainers are here to assist you.
Yes. As long as you are cleared by a medical Doctor to workout. Please make sure to inform each trainer of your injuries or limitations so that they can provide appropriate modifications if and when needed.

All monthly recurring non-commitment memberships require a *30 day notice from your next billing cycle.* Most memberships are billed on the 1st of every month (Ex. If you want to cancel in August, you must submit your cancellation on or before July 1st to avoid any charges in August). If you are unsure what day your payment runs please contact Kristin. If you are in a 3,6, or 12 month commitment, cancelling before the completion of your contract will incur an early termination fee.

Members are allowed 2 months of membership freeze, per year. There is a $30 charge to freeze. Submit a notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle you wish to freeze your membership. Freezing due to an injury or surgery submitted with a letter from you Doctor will not be charged a fee.

Yes, members with a monthly reoccurring membership can bring 2 guests per year. If you are not a member you can buy a drop-in rate for $28. If you have a 10, 20 or 30 pack of classes you may use one of your classes for the guest. We do not issue guest passes to those with a class pack. Must be a monthly reoccurring membership to qualify.
15 is the minimum age allowed to workout in a group class. Parent’s consent must be given for anyone under 18 years old.
